The online people search searches the University's official directory to find addresses, phone numbers and personal Web pages.
To use the people search from the Search homepage, first choose the People link above the text box. Then type the name of the person in the text box, and click the Search button. Matching results will display.
If students need to change their information, they may visit the office of the registrar.
If faculty/staff members need to change their information, they should contact the human resources office.
To make their entire academic record non-disclosable, students must file a FERPA hold through the office of the registrar. Alternatively, students may request their information be excluded from the online people search or printed directory.
It may take up to 24 hours for updates to display in the online people search. The student part of the directory is updated each morning at 5:30 a.m., and the faculty and staff part of the directory is updated each morning at 4 a.m. FERPA holds for students are processed Tuesday-Saturday at 6 a.m.
