Monroe Hall is located at 1146 E. Monroe Street near the corner of Florence and Monroe. Formerly a sorority house, the university purchased Monroe Hall as a part of its long-range plan for expansion. The Institute for School Improvment and the James River Basin Partnership are housed out of this facility.
