Sunvilla Tower
Sunvilla Tower is a 19-story, high-rise, apartment-style residence hall located at 833 East Elm within walking distance of the campus. Built in 1963 and purchased by the University in the mid-1970's, Sunvilla houses 280 upper-class men and women in a coed, by apartment, environment. Sunvilla Tower has three-, four- and six-person apartments, all fully furnished and air-conditioned. Sunvilla also features a terrace located on the second floor, a private swimming pool area, and patio area with grill, a study room, fitness center, recreation room and 24-hour computer lab.
