Garst Dining Center, located between Hammons House and Hutchens House at 1014 E. Cherry, offers cafeteria style dining with an all-you-can eat format. The menu features traditional entrees as well as pizza, pasta, hamburgers, hot dogs, ethnic foods, salad, home cooking and dessert bars.

Garst Dining Center was named in recognition of Robert and Edith Garst, who funded a major Missouri State scholarship in 2004.
