Michael W. Merrigan

Biography

Michael Merrigan (JD) has served as the Vice President and General Counsel for St. John's Health System and Mercy Health for more than 20 years. 

Prior to moving to Springfield, he was the General Counsel for St. Luke's Regional Health Center in Sioux City, Iowa. He's an expert on a variety of issues related to healthcare, including the Affordable Care Act.
